Privacy
Realpad has no accounts, no sign-up, and no analytics. This page describes what actually happens rather than what a template would say.
What we do not collect
There is no login, no email field, and no user record anywhere. We do not set cookies, we do not run an analytics script, and there is no tracking pixel, session replay, or advertising tag on any page. Nothing about you is sold or shared, because nothing about you is gathered to begin with.
Your wallet
Connecting a wallet happens in your browser. Your address is used to build the transaction you sign and is not stored on our servers. Realpad never asks for and never has access to your private key or seed phrase, and it cannot move funds — every action is a transaction you approve yourself.
What the server does see
When you paste a listing link, that link is sent to our resolver so it can derive the house's address and sign the attestation the registry requires. The link is used for that request and not kept in a database.
The site is hosted on ordinary web infrastructure, which keeps standard access logs — IP address, user agent, and which page was requested — for operations and abuse prevention. That is a property of hosting anything on the internet, not a choice to profile you.
Requests your browser makes elsewhere
Loading a page causes your browser to talk to a few third parties directly:
- Redfin's image CDN serves the house photos, so it sees your IP address the same way any embedded image host does.
- A Robinhood Chain RPC endpoint is queried to read on-chain state.
- Your wallet provider — whatever extension or app you connect — follows its own privacy policy, not this one.
We do not control what those parties log. Their policies apply to them.
Anything on-chain is public and permanent
A launch is a public blockchain transaction. Your address, the coin you created, the house it is paired to, and every trade afterwards are visible to anyone, forever. Realpad cannot edit, hide, or delete on-chain data — there is no admin key. Treat everything you do on-chain as permanently public, because it is.
House data
Addresses, photos and prices come from public real estate listings. They describe properties, not visitors to this site, and are not linked to you. Property owners should read the terms, which covers how to reach us about a listing.
Changes
If this ever stops being accurate — if analytics get added, for instance — this page gets updated to say so.
