Terms
Realpad is software for launching memecoins on Robinhood Chain. Using it means accepting what follows.
A house token is not the house
This is the most important line on the page. A house token is a memecoin named after a real street address. It is not ownership, equity, a deed, a share, a fraction, a security, a lien, a rental interest, or a claim of any kind on any property. There is nothing to redeem and nothing backing it.
The person who owns the property is not involved with Realpad, receives nothing from it, and in all likelihood does not know a token exists. Buying one gives you no relationship with them and no rights over their home. Do not contact, visit, or bother the occupants of any property listed here.
No financial advice, no guarantees
Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Memecoins routinely go to zero. Assume you can lose everything you put in, because you can. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for whatever the law where you live says about them.
Everything is permanent
Liquidity locks forever — the locker has no withdraw function, so nobody, including us, can pull it. A house token's name is written on-chain once and can never be changed. One token per house is enforced by the contracts and a second attempt reverts. There are no admin keys, no pause switch, and no upgrade path. Nothing you do here can be undone by anyone.
Fees
Realpad takes nothing. There is no protocol fee in the contracts and no address that collects one. You pay network gas, and Realpad never fronts it. The pool's 1% trading fee is claimable by whoever launched the coin; house-pool fees are locked and earned by nobody.
What you launch is yours
You choose your coin's name, ticker and the house it points at, and you are responsible for that choice — including for impersonation, harassment, infringement, or anything unlawful. Do not launch coins designed to harass a specific person or to imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
Realpad is a thin wrapper over Uniswap V3. It cannot remove, freeze, rename, or reverse a token once it exists. The most this site can do is stop displaying something.
Listing data
Addresses, photos, prices and property details come from publicly available real estate listings and remain the property of their respective owners. Realpad claims no rights in them and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.com, any brokerage, MLS, or Robinhood.
Property owners and agents
If a property you own or represent appears here and you want it out of the catalog, contact us and we will remove it from this site. Be aware of the limit: anything already written to the blockchain is outside anyone's control, ours included, and cannot be deleted by us or by you. We can remove it from Realpad; we cannot remove it from the chain.
As-is
The site and the contracts are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Smart contracts can contain bugs, and these have not had a third-party security audit. Upstream services can change or disappear. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Realpad.
